Phillips Real Estate has three generations of experience in real estate and property management. Founded in 1959, we have become a premier real estate company on the Monterey Peninsula. Serving a wide range of clients – from first-time home buyers to serious investors – we deliver the personalized service our clients need to achieve their dreams.

The ultimate goal of our company is to provide a “hands on approach” while educating and assisting our clients in achieving the outcomes they desire. Bill is a life long resident of Pebble Beach and the Monterey Peninsula. Married to Nancy Phillips, wife of 42 years, 2 children, Katie 26, Andy 28.

Former Trustee Board of Education for Pacific Grove Unified School District.
Founding member of the Monterey Bay Search and Rescue Dogs, Inc.
Member of the emergency response canine team for the state of California, Office of Emergency Services from 1980 to 1995. Participated in multiple search incidents through out the State of California. Chaired the state advisory committee in 1990 for the Office of Emergency Services in developing state wide earthquake standards for training, testing and deploying canine search and rescue response teams for the state of California and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, F.E.M.A.
Served two terms on the Board of Directors of the Del Monte Forest Property Owners Association, the elected representatives for the Pebble Beach area.
Active in youth sports on the Monterey Peninsula, coaching youth Soccer and Baseball.
Served from 1992-1994, as chairperson on the citizens advisory committee for the County of Monterey charged with the update of the 1984 Del Monte Forest Land Use Plan (LUP), the governing document for the zoning and development of Pebble Beach and the greater Del Monte Forest.

Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Andrew Phillips graduated from Pacific Grove High School in 2011.

Attended both MPC (Monterey) & Cabrillo College in Aptos.

In 2015, Andrew worked briefly with an environmental campaign finance company in Santa Cruz, to pursue his resounding interest in environmental justice.

When offered the position to join the company business with his father, he knew he found his calling.

Andrew has recently acquired his real estate sales license in California and received his community manager accreditation through CACM.

Representing the third generation of Phillips Real Estate, Andrew looks forward to upholding the quality service and integrity, which has helped make our firm successful since 1959.

Phyllis O'Shea, Realtor®/Property Manager

A Realtor® and property manager, Phyllis has over 20 years of experience in commercial property management, culminating in being the “first hire” for the development team of Santana Row in San Jose.

Phyllis retired in 2002 as Regional Property Manager, Western Division with projects in San Jose, Los Gatos, Portland, Phoenix, San Antonio and San Francisco.

Her experience includes asset management, accounts payable/receivable, monthly reporting, annual budgets and reconciliations, gross sales audits, maintenance contracts, site inspections, contract oversight and leasing.

Phyllis and her husband Tom are proud grandparents of 4 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys golf and gardening.
